At Bjorkman Industrial Power, our services include:
Battery and Charger Inspections -
We provide on-site battery and charger inspections with full reports detailing all aspects of your batteries and chargers.
On-site Preventative Maintenance with Closed Loop Wash System -
We have a portable closed loop system for on-site service and a permanent unit at our facility for your service needs.
Preventative Maintenance Contracts -
We provide typical annual contracts as well as custom-tailored contracts depending on your needs. These contracts can cover, but are not limited to: battery watering, battery and charger preventative maintenance, etc.
Shop Evaluation and Refurbishing/Rebuilding
After evaluation of your shop, if necessary, we can pickup your batteries, leave loan batteries, and return to the shop to equalize, acid balance, and 6-hr load test each one. If necessary, we will refurbish your batteries through steam cleaning, resealing, and painting. We can also rebuild your batteries through cell replacement, cable replacement, and any other repairs needed.
Custom Battery Room Layout and Equipment Installation -
We can provide CAD drawings of your shop designed in the most efficient manner for equipment use and workflow.
Energy Consumption Audits
A representative from the Hawker manufacturing facility can provide detailed energy consumption audits by studying costs of shop practices. The Hawker representative can also study costs associated with the use of competition batteries vs. Hawker batteries and can determine the most effective Hawker battery for your energy needs.
Safety Inspections
We can provide inspections in the area of safety related to proper safety gear, signage, eye washing stations, OSHA specs/rules, etc. From the inspection, we can develop an implementation plan to meet your safety requirements.
